- Unlimited phone & email correspondence with your Entertainment Manager in the lead-up to your big day.
- A direct Telephone or one-to-one meeting to discuss logistics, song choices & playlist curation to ensure that your music list is perfect on the night.
- Our entertainment team will liaise directly with your venue to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You won’t be stuck with any coordinating.
Backup Equipment
Our team is fully equipped with backup equipment and contingency plans to ensure your wedding celebration proceeds smoothly without any technical disruptions. We understand how important your special day is, and we're committed to providing a seamless, uninterrupted experience so you can focus on creating beautiful memories.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to Blue Badge Responders (excluding outsourced services and performers), couples with Sunday-Thursday weddings, and off-season weddings from December to March, though these discounts cannot be combined and are subject to terms and conditions.
Public Liability Insurance
Our public liability insurance coverage ensures your event runs smoothly without any worries about liability or paperwork, allowing you to focus entirely on celebrating your wedding. We prioritize the safety and security of your guests, handling all logistics and ensuring peace of mind so you can enjoy your special day.
What type of payments do you take?
Our Online Planning Portal accepts all major credit (not including AMEX) and debit cards and cash, with no additional fees or hidden charges for any payment method.
